Xiamen City Bus

City bus system in Xiamen is well developed and traveling by it is convenient. About 3,000 buses serve nearly 200 routes around the city. Most of them run from 06:00 to 23:00. There are ordinary public buses and double-decker buses with or without a conductor, and most of lines charge CNY1 per person. According to estimate, there are some ninety routes running between the city proper and outskirt areas; another more than one hundred routes cover the city proper.
